W. Parker Dwelley
S.O.S. Maine welcomes W. Parker Dwelley as a new Boardmember as of July 2003.  He is a property owner in Kennebunkport for 30+ years and a year round resident for 14 years. Parker has served on a State Task Force studing beach management issues in Southern Maine.

Locally, he served on Kennebunkport and York County Budget Committees for a total of five years in the 1990’s. Mr. Dwelley is one of the founders of the Goose Rocks Beach Concerned Citizens, which is currently inactive.

He is married, with two sons & two grandchildren.
